Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of services provided by Deep South Window Cleaners (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By scheduling, booking, or receiving any service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services Provided

Deep South Window Cleaners offers exterior and interior window cleaning and related property services including stain-free window cleaning, sealcoating, screen cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting installation and removal. Services will be performed at the location specified in your booking.

Acceptance of Terms

By requesting or accepting services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not schedule or receive services.

Estimates, Scheduling & Changes

Estimates: All estimates provided are based on the information you supply. Service costs may change if additional work is required beyond the estimate.

Scheduling: Service times are estimates and subject to adjustment due to weather, traffic, or operational factors.

Changes/Cancellations: You must contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to reschedule or cancel without penalty. Short-notice cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Access to Property

You must provide safe and unobstructed access to the work areas. If access is restricted (locked gates, dogs, clutter, etc.) and causes delays, additional charges may apply.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Secure pets and remove obstacles from work areas.

Store away valuables, fragile items, and personal property.

Ensure adequate water access and electrical power if required.

Disclose any known hazards or surface sensitivities prior to service.

Deep South Window Cleaners is not responsible for damage to unprotected valuables or fragile items, or for working in areas that pose safety hazards.

Weather and Safety Conditions

Some services (e.g., exterior window washing, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning) are weather-dependent. We may postpone or reschedule services due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions.

Payment Terms

Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, card, or digital payments as communicated at the time of booking.

Returned checks or failed electronic payments may incur additional fees.

Liability & Damage

The Company carries liability insurance; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, structural defects, or conditions beyond our control.

Any claimed damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

Our liability for direct damages will not exceed the total amount paid for the particular service in question.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for quality service and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24–48 hours so we can address your concerns. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content, images, and materials related to Deep South Window Cleaners — including website content, logos, and service descriptions — are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided to us will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which services are performed. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where Deep South Window Cleaners operates.
